Andrea Rosin resins are changing their name and will now be called Cecilia Rosin.

Both brands will be maintained while we still have Andrea Rosin stock; afterward, all resins will be under the Cecilia Rosin name.

The Cecilia Rosin range consists of the Sanctus, A Piacere, Solo models, and the new Signature Formula. Despite the name change, the models and their quality remain exactly the same as under the Andrea Rosin name.

We have good news about Cecilia Rosin resins: we are introducing a new model within their product range, now available in stock. This is the Signature Formula resin for violin, viola, and cello, which provides a unique feel when the bow contacts the string and delivers an articulated, defined sound. This resin offers rich and expressive tones without the drawback of an excessive attack. The new Signature Formula resin is made using a new liquid mixing method. Each ingredient is heated separately until it becomes liquid, then filtered before mixing the ingredients. This improves purity and also helps maintain the resin’s physical properties fresh for longer.
