We present the new Aquila strings for ukulele and guitar, which are now part of our product catalog.
These strings are characterized by their tactile and sonic properties similar to traditional gut strings, but with the advantages provided by state-of-the-art materials and a meticulous R&D process applied to string conception, such as tonal stability against temperature changes and exceptional durability.

The treble strings are made of Nylgut®, a material that results in perfectly round and smooth strings with great attack modulation, acoustic projection, and tonal qualities reminiscent of traditional gut strings, presenting extraordinary tonal stability. These properties achieve an optimal connection with the Nylgut® bass strings, completing a set with great tonal balance. Available in medium tension and high tension. |
Smooth and warm sound with high performance and durability. The first three strings are made of Bionylon®, a revolutionary monofilament polyamide material with superior mechanical and sonic properties compared to traditional nylon, produced in an environmentally friendly way. The bass strings are wound with silver-plated copper over a multifilament Nylgut® core, with high tensile strength and low moisture absorption, providing great durability. Available in medium tension and high tension. |
