Monique Poullot is a master bow-maker born in 1961, Dijon. She began her training in 1989 with the renowned master bow-maker Bernard Ouchard and graduated from the Mirecourt School of Lutherie and Bow-making. After 24 years of collaboration with Bernard Ouchard, she completed his training and perfected his technique with Jean Marc Panhaleux. She also followed the advice of Stéphane Thomachot, a world-renowned master bow-maker, thus improving and refining his models on bows.
All of her bows are manufactured in her atelier with entirely handcrafted processes. The bows are made of Pernambuco wood, with ebony frog and silver mounted. This high quality model is ideal for professional musicians, offering great performance and a great value for money in its range.
