The Gliga Gama II viola has been handcrafted in Romania with woods from the Carpathian Mountains, where it is known that Antonio Stradivari chose some of the woods used for his instruments. This instrument is handcrafted from carving the woods to the final touch, using excellent oil varnishes in thin layers to achieve a great transparency. The antiqued finish brings a great warmth to the appearance of the instrument. This model comes with Thomastik Dominant strings, bringing a smooth, clear and warm sound to the instrument.
