  • The Gliga Gama I violin has been handcrafted in Romania under the direct supervision of the master luthier Gliga Vasile. Made from selected woods from the Carpathian Mountains, where it is known that Antonio Stradivari chose some of the woods used for his instruments.

Gliga manufactures all their instruments by hand from carving the woods to the final touch, using mostly oil varnishes in thin layers until achieving a great transparency. The antiqued finish brings a great warmth to the appearance of the instrument.

This model is comes with Dominant strings, giving a smooth, clear and warm sound to the instrument.
